บัญชี: รหัสผู้เล่น (ID 6 หลัก) ชื่อในเกม และถ้าคุณผูกบัญชี อีเมล หรือชื่อและอีเมลจากบัญชี Google
ข้อมูลเกม: เซฟ ความคืบหน้า ไอเทม เพชร ประวัติการได้รับและใช้ไอเทม
การซื้อ: สินค้า ราคา เวลา และรหัสรายการจาก Omise เราไม่ได้รับหรือเก็บเลขบัญชีธนาคาร ข้อมูลบัตร หรือรหัส OTP ของคุณ เบอร์ TrueMoney ที่คุณกรอกส่งตรงไปยัง Omise เพื่อชำระเงินเท่านั้น
ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: ที่อยู่ IP และบันทึกการเข้าถึงที่ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ

ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญาการให้บริการ ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ และหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย (เช่น บัญชีและภาษี)

ระยะเวลาเก็บ

เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีและเกมตราบที่บัญชียังอยู่ เมื่อลบบัญชี ข้อมูลเกมจะถูกลบ ส่วนประวัติการซื้อเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด

สิทธิของคุณ

คุณขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ โดยอีเมลมาที่ chidsanupongc.yu@gmail.com พร้อม ID ผู้เล่น คุณลบบัญชีได้เองที่หน้าตั้งค่าในเกม และมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

ผู้เยาว์

ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนผูกบัญชีหรือซื้อไอเทม หากผู้ปกครองพบว่าบุตรหลานให้ข้อมูลหรือซื้อไอเทมโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ติดต่อเราได้ทางอีเมล

การเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราอาจปรับนโยบายนี้ และจะแจ้งในเกมหรือบนเว็บไซต์เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how System Breaker: Black Eclipse (the "Game") collects and uses your personal data, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

Account: your player ID (6 digits), in-game name and, if you link an account, your e-mail address or your Google name and e-mail.
Game data: saves, progress, items, gems and the history of items you received and used.
Purchases: item, price, time and the Omise charge reference. We never receive or store your bank account, card details or OTP codes. A TrueMoney number you enter goes straight to Omise for the payment only.
Technical data: IP addresses and access logs kept automatically by our hosting providers.
Browser storage: the Game keeps a backup save, settings and your sign-in session in your browser's local storage. We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Legal bases: performing our service contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and legal obligations such as accounting and tax.

Service providers

Supabase: database and accounts (Singapore data centre)
Cloudflare: website and game hosting
Omise / Opn Payments: payments
Google: Google sign-in and delivery of verification e-mails

Some data may therefore be stored or processed outside Thailand. These providers apply their own data protection measures. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and game data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to access, copy, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent by e-mailing chidsanupongc.yu@gmail.com with your player ID. You can delete your account yourself in the Game's settings, and you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Minors

Players under 20 should have a parent or guardian's consent before linking an account or buying items. Parents who find that a child shared data or made purchases without permission can contact us by e-mail.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce important changes in the Game or on this website.
