เมื่อคุณเล่นเกม System Breaker: Black Eclipse ("เกม") ซึ่งพัฒนาและให้บริการโดย Chidsanupong Champakhom ("เรา") ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้
บัญชี
- คุณเริ่มเล่นแบบ Guest ได้ทันที บัญชี Guest ผูกอยู่กับเบราว์เซอร์นั้น หากล้างข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์โดยยังไม่ได้ผูกอีเมลหรือ Google ข้อมูลอาจหายและกู้คืนไม่ได้
- คุณรับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยของอีเมลหรือบัญชี Google ที่ใช้ผูก
- ห้ามซื้อ ขาย หรือโอนบัญชีให้ผู้อื่น
ไอเทมดิจิทัล
- เพชร ผลึก Follower ชุด และไอเทมอื่นในเกม เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สิน ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน แลกเป็นเงินหรือโอนออกนอกเกมไม่ได้
- ราคาแสดงเป็นบาทและรวม VAT แล้ว ไอเทมเข้าบัญชีหลังการชำระเงินสำเร็จ
- การคืนเงินเป็นไปตาม นโยบายการคืนเงิน
สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- ใช้โปรแกรมโกง บอท สคริปต์ หรือแก้ไขข้อมูลเกม
- ใช้ประโยชน์จากบั๊กแทนการแจ้งเรา
- ซื้อขายไอเทมหรือบัญชีด้วยเงินจริงนอกระบบ
- ก่อกวน คุกคาม หรือหลอกลวงผู้เล่นอื่น
- โจมตีหรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
หากฝ่าฝืน เราอาจยกเลิกไอเทมที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบ ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชี
ระบบชวนเพื่อน (Referral)
- ผู้เล่นทุกคนชวนเพื่อนได้ด้วยรหัสชวน (ID ผู้เล่น 6 หลัก) ผู้ถูกชวนใส่รหัสได้ครั้งเดียว ภายใน 7 วันแรกหลังสมัคร และได้ผลึกอัญเชิญ 10 ชิ้น
- ทุกครั้งที่ผู้ถูกชวนเติมเพชรสำเร็จ ผู้ชวนได้เพชรเพิ่ม 10% ของจำนวนเพชรในแพ็กนั้น (ไม่รวมโบนัสเติมครั้งแรก) ผู้ถูกชวนได้เพชรครบ ไม่ถูกหัก
- ผู้ชวนได้รับ 10% เฉพาะการเติมที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงที่ผู้ชวนมี Battle Pass พรีเมียมของซีซันนั้น การเติมที่เกิดขึ้นตอนไม่มี Battle Pass จะไม่ได้ย้อนหลัง
- คำสัญญา: เราจะไม่ลดอัตรา 10% นี้ตลอดอายุการให้บริการเกม
- การเติมที่ถูกคืนเงินหรือเรียกเงินคืน และการชวนตัวเองหรือบัญชีปลอม เราอาจยกเลิกเพชรชวนเพื่อนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เกม เนื้อเรื่อง ภาพ ตัวละครที่ออกแบบ และโค้ด เป็นของเรา คุณแชร์ภาพหน้าจอและทำแฟนอาร์ตเพื่อไม่แสวงหากำไรได้
การให้บริการ
เราพยายามให้เกมทำงานได้ตลอดเวลา แต่อาจมีช่วงปิดปรับปรุงหรือขัดข้อง เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้งานเกม เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบสิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติ
เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือยุติการให้บริการเกม โดยจะประกาศล่วงหน้าในเกมหรือบนเว็บไซต์

By playing System Breaker: Black Eclipse (the "Game"), developed and operated by Chidsanupong Champakhom ("we"), you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- You can start as a Guest right away. A Guest account lives in that browser: if you clear browser data before linking e-mail or Google, your progress may be lost for good.
- You are responsible for the security of the e-mail or Google account you link.
- Accounts may not be sold, bought or transferred.
Digital items
- Gems, crystals, Followers, outfits and all other in-game items are a licence to use them inside the Game only. They are not property, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the Game.
- Prices are shown in Thai baht and include VAT. Items are delivered after the payment succeeds.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Not allowed
- Cheats, bots, scripts or editing game data
- Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them
- Real-money trading of items or accounts outside the Game
- Harassing, threatening or scamming other players
- Attacking or accessing our systems without permission
If you break these rules we may remove wrongly obtained items, suspend or close your account.
Referral
- Every player can invite friends with their invite code (their 6-digit player ID). An invited player can enter one code, within 7 days of signing up, and receives 10 summon crystals.
- Every time the invited player successfully tops up gems, the inviter receives an extra 10% of that pack's gems (first-purchase bonus excluded). The invited player still receives the full amount.
- The inviter receives the 10% only for top-ups made while the inviter holds that season's Premium Battle Pass. Top-ups made without it are not paid later.
- Our promise: we will not lower this 10% rate for as long as the Game runs.
- For refunded or charged-back top-ups, self-referrals or fake accounts, we may cancel the related referral gems.
Intellectual property
The Game, story, art, character designs and code belong to us. You may share screenshots and make non-commercial fan art.
Service
We try to keep the Game available but there may be maintenance or outages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the Game. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and ending the service
We may change these terms or end the service, and will announce it in advance in the Game or on this website.
